Roles & Responsibility:1.Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service .2.Answer questions about products or the company.3.Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.4.Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.5.Enter and update customer information in the database.6.Take and process orders in an accurate manner.7.Handle grievances to preserve the companys reputation.8.Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.

Telesales Executive Responsibilities:1. Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.2. Accurately recording details of customers purchase orders.3. Processing all customer purchases accordingly.4. Generating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue.5. Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.6. Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.7. Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.8. Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
