Job Summary:The Sales Assistant supports the sales team by handling daily sales activities, coordinating with customers, and ensuring smooth sales operations. Roles & Responsibility:1.Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service .2.Answer questions about products or the company.3.Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.4.Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.5.Enter and update customer information in the database.6.Take and process orders in an accurate manner.7.Handle grievances to preserve the companys reputation.8.Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.

Business Development Executive duties and responsibilities:1. Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.2.Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts.3.Identifying new revenue opportunities.4.Building business relationships with current and potential clients.5.Attending networking events to attract and retain clients.6.Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to grow business.7.Maintaining and updating sales, marketing and sales documentation.8.Assisting with marketing and promotional projects.9.Collaborating with management on sales goals.10.Support the team with other responsibilities as required.

Telesales Executive Responsibilities:1. Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.2. Accurately recording details of customers purchase orders.3. Processing all customer purchases accordingly.4. Generating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue.5. Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.6.
