Shipment planning and monitoring by Constant co-ordination with cross functional teams (Business Team, Production plant, Plan, Logistics etc.) to ensure that each shipment is executed within the stipulated time frame. Gap analysis of monthly budget and preparing the management information system to help the company increase its efficiency in achieving the set targets. Track sales movements of competitors products and marketing activities through sales executive channel and marketing intelligence and communicate the exception scenarios to management. Actively Participated in forecasting and budgeting activities with the team leaders. Day to day interaction with supply chain and purchase for planning production so as to minimize NPA and ensure manufacturing of right product mix. Responsible for achieving annual sales budget in Domestic Market. Maintaining relationship with existing customers and new customers following up for their requirements and sending offers to get orders from the customers. Regular Tracking of Business Development Activity with Customers. Being proactive in getting orders in advance of one or two months to maintain continuous production process. Resolving of the product related complaints by investigating it, developing solutions with coordination with the technical teams and suggesting to the management. Providing pre and post shipment document support to the customers. Business development and receivable management. Handling different customers by keeping a track of their project pipelines to help in providing forecast for future business. RA coordination for Regulatory filings and documentation. Generated quality leads via participating in key exhibitions like CPHI. Regular meeting with KOLs, Market Research, Consumer Behaviour Study.
