We aim to provide efficient, durable, and customized solutions for industries facing challenges like premature equipment failure, wear and tear, and high maintenance costs.Job Responsibilities:Conduct plant visits across the Indian industrial belt to present and promote AniGears' products.Explain the technical and commercial benefits of our solutions to engineers, purchase officers, and company owners.Identify and research potential companies, initiate meetings, and convert leads into sales.Maintain strong relationships with clients through follow-ups and resolve any technical or operational concerns.Collaborate with AniGears' engineers to provide quick and effective assistance to clients.Track upcoming projects and online tenders, visit prospective clients, and secure sales opportunities.Qualifications & Skills:Communication: Fluent in English, Hindi, and regional languages with excellent presentation skills.Professionalism: Well-groomed appearance and confident body language.Sales Expertise: Experience in sales, with the ability to work independently and meet targets.Technical Knowledge: Engineering background or experience with products such as couplings and pulleys preferred.Computer Skills: Proficiency in using computers for research, reporting, and sales management.Quick Learner: Ability to grasp new concepts and technical knowledge promptly.Attentiveness: Prompt, proactive, and attentive to client needs and follow-ups.Perks & Benefits:Competitive salaryTravel and food allowances includedOpportunity to work with a leading engineering solutions
