job description:

we are looking for an experienced mechanical engineer with a strong technical background in rolling mills and continuous casting machines (ccm).

key responsibilities:

• oversee the operation and maintenance of mechanical systems

• perform regular inspections, troubleshoot issues, and ensure preventive maintenance

• drive continuous improvements in equipment performance and reliability

• maintain quality and safety standards across mechanical processes

• coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production flow

• monitor and analyze equipment data for efficiency and output

desired candidate profile:

• degree/diploma in mechanical engineering

• minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar industry (steel/metals preferred)

• hands-on experience with rolling mills and ccm is a must

• strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• willingness to travel as required by the job
