We are a private ltd. start-up company engaged in software development.We are looking for Sales and Marketing personal for our products. We have 8 software, within which Question-Maker and School Automation is our flagship product. Candidate do not need to visit our office, they can work remotely at their own time.Note:- WE ARE LOOKING FOR CANDIDATE WITH PROFIT SHARING BASIS, NOT MONTHLY SALARY. WE ARE OFFERING 30% OF THE SALES CLOSED.Candidate can work as a full time or part time basis, all support will be given from company. Candidate has to visit school, colleges, institutions etc. They will meet the authorized person, display our products, and take the confirmation. Our staff will visit for final closing and installation along with the candidate. PAYMENT WILL BE DONE AS SOON AS TYHE SALE IS CLOSED. NO WAITING PERIOD.

Job Description: Your Role Will Start With Contacting Potential Customers (Parents And Students) To Set Up Meetings, Counsel The Students.

Roles & Responsibilities: Must have at least 6 months of experience in sales (Agriculture industry preferred) You will directly interact with dealers/distributors Get dealers/distributors to register and use the Shoption app, Generate sales of Argo Machinery products and other products available on Shoptions platform Maintain good relations with customers Coordinate with operations teams and finance team after sale generation Make note of the feedback, incident, etc. and convey to make improvements in the company Must have experience in meeting target on daily or weekly basisRequirement: Must have experience minimum 6 months of experience in Field Sale MBA in Marketing Good communication and presentable Should be passionate about sales and making new connections. Should have own conveyance (2-wheeler), driving license and be willing to travel.
