Schedule appointments or follow-up calls as needed.Record Keeping: Document call details and update customer information in the CRM system. Report call results and progress to the team.Target Achievement: Work towards daily and weekly call targets. Aim to convert calls into potential sales opportunities.Skills & Requirements:Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.Positive attitude, goal-oriented, and proactive.Prior experience in sales or telemarketing is a plus (freshers are welcome).
