This role involves promoting and selling our range of industrial pumps and flowmeters to clients across various industries. The ideal candidate should combine technical expertise with excellent communication and sales skills to meet customer needs and achieve business goals.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.Identify and approach potential clients, build strong relationships, and maintain existing accounts.Provide technical guidance and solutions to clients, aligning products to their specific requirements.Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients, showcasing product features and benefits.Prepare and deliver accurate sales proposals, quotations, and tenders.Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies.Regularly report on sales activities, opportunities, and market feedback.Required Skills and Qualifications:Diploma / Degree in Any Field (Mechanical or related field preferred).1-3 years of experience in industrial product sales or related roles (freshers with strong potential can also apply).Strong technical understanding of industrial pumps, flowmeters, or related equipment.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.Willingness to travel frequently within the region.

Experience:Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer service, preferably within the industry (e.g., FMCG, Electrical,Electronics,Rural Sale, Rural Banking , Micro finance, Insurance etc).Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer accounts.Skills:Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.Persuasive and confident in presenting products and services to clients.Negotiation and closing skills with the ability to handle objections professionally.Time management and organisational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Attributes:Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.Self-motivated and proactive in identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.Customer-focused with an ability to build and nurture relationships.Adaptable to change and able to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment.Additional Qualifications (Optional):Must have two wheeler and willing to travel extensively.Must good proficiency in Kannada and English .
