Monitoring performance, providing feedback, and addressing any issues that arise.3) Customer service: Ensuring exceptional customer service by assisting clients, resolving complaints, and maintaining a high level of satisfaction. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.4) Inventory management: Monitoring and maintaining salon inventory, including hair care products, styling tools, and other supplies.
