We are seeking a motivated Tele Sales Representative to join our growing team. The role involves making outbound calls, promoting products/services, addressing customer inquiries, and achieving sales targets. Prior experience in the medical field is not required, but candidates with medical-related knowledge or experience will be considered an added advantage.Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote company products/services.Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and confidently.Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure successful conversions.Handle customer objections professionally and provide effective solutions.Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.Collaborate with the sales team to enhance sales strategies and overall performance.Required Skills & QualificationsExperience in tele-sales, inside sales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.Strong negotiation and closing abilities.Basic computer skills and experience with CRM tools.Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Positive attitude, resilience, and strong work ethic.Medical field experience is NOT required but will be a plus point.Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent.Key CompetenciesStrong Communication SkillsCustomer FocusActive ListeningSales OrientationProblem-SolvingTime Management
