We are looking for a dedicated BPO Telecaller to join our team in Gurgaon. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or those with limited experience who are eager to learn and grow in the business process outsourcing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Customer Interaction:** Engage with customers over the phone to provide information about products and services, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
- **Outbound Calls:** Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers, aiming to generate leads and promote sales opportunities while maintaining a friendly and professional tone.
- **Record Keeping:** Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in our system, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and readily accessible for follow-ups.
- **Feedback Collection:** Gather feedback from customers regarding their experiences and suggestions, reporting these insights to the management team for continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Expectations:
Candidates should have completed their 12th grade and possess strong communication skills in English and Hindi. They should be able to articulate ideas clearly and have a pleasant phone demeanor. Basic computer skills and familiarity with call center processes are beneficial. Successful candidates will display a positive attitude, patience, and a willingness to learn new skills. Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing situations is essential. A strong desire to assist customers and contribute to the team
