The Secretarial Assistant must keep sensitive information that they have access to as private and confidential, without disclosing this to other employees and outsiders. Failure to comply with this might lead to dismissal Handling fax messages and other official correspondence7.Handling fax messages and other official correspondence8 Must be proficient in the use of MS Office (including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint) and Outlook Express. Should be able to independently prepare letters, memos, and other office correspondence using MS Word, Excel, and Access. Added knowledge of Tally will be preferable but not mandatory.9 However, should be willing to learn, to carry out the responsibilities limited to the work involved using Tally.10. Must have an eye for detail' and a good memory.11. Must be efficient in the use of the Printer, Fax machine and Scanner
