As an IT Technical Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in finding and hiring talented individuals for various IT positions. Your main responsibilities will include the following:- Sourcing Candidates: Use online job portals, social media, and networking to find potential candidates for IT roles. This involves actively searching and reaching out to individuals who match the job requirements.- Screening Resumes: Review resumes to identify candidates with the right skills and experience. You will assess qualifications to shortlist applicants effectively.- Conducting Interviews: Organize and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates technical abilities and fit for the company culture. This includes asking relevant questions and assessing their responses.- Coordinating with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and requirements for each position. This ensures that the recruitment process aligns with the teams expectations.- Managing Recruitment Process: Keep track of all candidates throughout the recruitment process, from applying to hiring. Maintain clear communication with candidates regarding their status.- Maintaining Candidate Relationships: Build and nurture relationships with candidates, ensuring they have a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.You should have 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in IT. Familiarity with technical roles is an advantage. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential. You should be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working from home in a full-time capacity.

Work on end-to-end recruitment for US clientssourcing, screening, coordinating, and placing candidates.Source candidates through Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn, and internal databasesCoordinate interviews with clients and follow up throughout the hiring cycle.Build strong relationships with consultants, vendors, and hiring managers.Maintain documentation and update ATS / CRM systems.Achieve weekly and monthly targets for submissions and closures.
