In this role, you will manage the full-life-cycle recruitment process, sourcing top talent for both technical and non-technical roles in the US market. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by uncapped earning potential.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment life-cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding candidates for US-based clients.Talent Sourcing: Actively source active and passive candidates utilizing major US job boards (Dice, Monster, Indeed, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS databases, and networking.Candidate Assessment: Evaluate candidate resumes and qualifications against technical and non-technical job requirements.US Market Navigation: Work extensively with US tax terms (W2, 1099, Corp-to-Corp/C2C) and various employment visas (H-1B, OPT/STEM-OPT, CPT, TN, GC, Citizens).Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requisitions.Bench Coordination: Collaborate with the sales team for profile marketing and placing bench candidates.Communication: Maintain clear, professional, and timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.Must-Have QualificationsExperience: 0 to 3 years of proven full-life-cycle US recruitment experience, successfully handling both IT and Non-IT requisitions.Shift & Location: Absolute willingness to work the US night shift (8:00 PM to 5:00 AM) 100% onsite at our Ahmedabad office.Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.Sourcing Expertise: Hands-on experience navigating Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and boolean search strings.Availability: Must be an immediate joiner.Preferred QualificationsA strong existing network or a proven ability to build passive candidate pipelines in the US market.Previous experience with bench marketing and sales.A demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding placement targets.Compensation & BenefitsBase Salary: No Bar for the right candidate (commensurate with experience and past performance).Incentives: Uncapped, flat 10% commission for every single candidate placed.Growth: Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding global firm.How to Apply:Interested candidates should send their updated resume directly to our Global HR, Sofiya Momin, at globalhr@vectrastaffing.com with the subject line: Application: US IT & Non-IT Recruiter - [Candidate Name].
