Someone who can screen deep into the profiles, qualify on the basis of discussion, attitude, soft and technical skills.5. Create a rapport with Candidate and Account Manager to ensure the delivery of required resource.6. End to end recruitment with strong knowledge of US Visas, Tax Terms, US Geography etc7. Someone who is open to ideas and we will provide an opportunity to implement your ideas too which if beneficial to you and the organization.8.
