Hiring For IT Technical Recruiter (Female Candidates Only)

As an IT Technical Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in finding and hiring talented individuals for various IT positions. Your main responsibilities will include the following:

- Sourcing Candidates: Use online job portals, social media, and networking to find potential candidates for IT roles. This involves actively searching and reaching out to individuals who match the job requirements.

- Screening Resumes: Review resumes to identify candidates with the right skills and experience. You will assess qualifications to shortlist applicants effectively.

- Conducting Interviews: Organize and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates’ technical abilities and fit for the company culture. This includes asking relevant questions and assessing their responses.

- Coordinating with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and requirements for each position. This ensures that the recruitment process aligns with the team’s expectations.

- Managing Recruitment Process: Keep track of all candidates throughout the recruitment process, from applying to hiring. Maintain clear communication with candidates regarding their status.

- Maintaining Candidate Relationships: Build and nurture relationships with candidates, ensuring they have a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.

You should have 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in IT. Familiarity with technical roles is an advantage. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential. You should be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working from home in a full-time capacity.
