Key Responsibilities:Candidate Sourcing:Use a variety of recruitment channels (job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, etc.) to source potential candidates.Post job openings on relevant platforms and attract suitable candidates for the roles.Engage with passive candidates and maintain a database of potential future hires.Screening and Shortlisting:Review CVs and resumes to screen candidates based on job requirements and qualifications.Evaluate applicants skills, qualifications, and experience to identify the most suitable candidates for interviews.Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate interest, cultural fit, and basic qualifications.Conducting First-Level Interviews:Conduct first-level interviews to assess the candidate's suitability for the role, including evaluating their communication skills, motivation, and understanding of the job position.Take detailed notes during interviews to aid in decision-making.Provide feedback to the hiring manager after initial interviews.Coordinating Interview Schedules:Schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates with the respective hiring managers or teams.Communicate clearly with candidates regarding interview logistics and expectations.Building a Talent Pool:Assist in building and maintaining a pool of qualified candidates for future job openings.Keep track of candidate interactions, ensuring timely follow-up and engagement.Candidate Relationship Management:Establish and maintain positive relationships with candidates, providing a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.Answer candidates questions about the job, the company, and the recruitment process.Recruitment Reporting:Assist with preparing recruitment reports, tracking the status of candidates, and managing data on recruitment activities.Support the team in analyzing recruitment trends and improving sourcing strategies.
