Inform management about any repairs or modifications required.11. To Maintain All Admin and HR Documents & Records.12. Monitor the housekeeping activities on regular basis13. Monitor Security functions and keep track of the shifts and changes in the service, contract etc.14. Arranging ticketing & visa whenever required15. Arranging worker to site work and check & clear their voucher expenses16. Guest Management17. Maintenance Of All Office Equipments18. Handle day to day admin activities like Security, Plumbing, Fabrication issues19. Taking care of MSEB payment20. Whenever at the time of emergency to look after dispatch & unloading work21. Asper emergency, do perform outdoor work22. Ensure the scrap is received by the concerned production department and Place specified Scrap in a designated area of the scrap yard23. To file yearly factory returns, statistics report, MPCB return and other reports required by authorities24. Any other job given by the management.
