Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven Female Business Development Executive to drive business growth through new client acquisition, client meetings, and revenue generation for our recruitment and staffing services.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and acquire new clients for recruitment and staffing services.

Generate business leads and convert them into revenue opportunities.

Meet clients in person and build strong business relationships.

Understand client hiring requirements and promote our recruitment solutions.

Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets.

Requirements:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

Willingness to travel and meet clients.

Target-oriented with a strong focus on revenue generation.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Prior experience in business development, sales, or recruitment is an advantage.
