Attend regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance relatedexpectations6. Maintain database for leads/clients7. Attend to the sales & services calls received on the customer care numbers8. Online Chat Process: Be available to address any query coming through onlinechat mode.9. Responsible for converting telephone enquiries into admissions.10. Responsible for achieving business targets through effective counselling as perthe timelines
