Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.2. Strong business development and sales skills.3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.4. Event management and coordination experience (desirable).5. Proficiency in creating engaging presentations (PPTs) and reports.6. Strong organizational and time management skills.## Expertise Level:- Mid to senior-level experience in business development, sales, or a related field.- Proven track record of driving business growth and building strong client relationships.## Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):- Business growth and revenue targets.- Client satisfaction and retention.- Successful event execution and client feedback.- Quality of presentations and pitches.

Respond to questions, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding company and Human Resources programs, policies and guidelines.Maintain confidentiality and security of employee records, files, and information.Ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files (e.g., interview documents, I-9s).Answer phone calls and record messages.Create and maintain filing systems.Assist and support management and the leadership team with handling and resolving Human Resources issues.Serve as a role model and first point of contact of the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process.Assist management in screening resumes, conducting interviews and selecting new hourly hires using selection tools and systems.
