The ideal candidate will be the first point ofcontact for clients, families, and visitors, providing exceptionalcustomer service and ensuring smooth daily operations at our facility.This role involves managing the front desk, handling communications,and supporting administrative tasks with professionalism andefficiency.Key Responsibilities:Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors, clients, andstaff in a warm and professional manner.Communication: Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, andrespond to inquiries promptly and accurately.Scheduling: Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, andclient visits, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.Administrative Support:Assist with filing, data entry, and maintainingclient records. Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, andother documents as needed.Client Interaction: Provide information about services, assist withintake forms, and guide visitors and clients through the facility.Office Maintenance: Ensure the reception area is tidy andpresentable, with all necessary materials (e.g., brochures, forms)readily available.Qualification: Diploma in office management, Graduation or Post graduate Salary: 10k to 15k pm
