(depending on the interview. )* Job Location : Turbhe, Navi Mumbai. * Job Profile : 1. Coordinate with the shipping line for DO collection.2. Prepare documents for D/O, PORT file & office file3. Coordinate with CFS for container status & CFS Charges.4. Timely arrangement of Vehicles & Containers for stuffing of Shipments5. Preparation of Pre shipment documents (Invoice, packing list, AWB) , post shipment documents6. Coordination with CHA, freight forwarders and Shipping Agents regarding shipments,7. Shipment status track with Ice-gate8. Tracking the entire process with complete monitoring of the various stages and shipment for timely delivery of goods to buyers.9. DGFT and banking work.

Preparing GSP, AI, IK, Invoices & Certificate of Origin Preparing indent Online submission of SI in shipping line, co-ordination for First Print and Debit note. Submit Export Job in Afford Online Package. Updating DSR and giving proper details to shipper Tracking of shipment till the container is loaded on the vessel Arranging the smooth release of BL Pre alerts and co-ordination with agent till the shipment reach at Final destination

Responsibilities Of Candidate Include: Reviewing Documents That Are Collecting For Identity And Address Verification Must Be Good At Checking Documents, Signature Matching Should Know How To Use A Printer And Scanner. Age Criteria 18 To 35 Year Only
