-Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients; build and maintain a strong, trusted relationship.-Understand the clients brand, objectives, market environment, and communication goals.-Regularly meet with clients to review performance, address any feedback/concerns, and align on next steps.-Translate client requirements into clear agency-briefs for internal teams (creative, media, digital, production).-Develop or contribute to strategic recommendations and campaign ideas aligned with client objectives.-Assist in preparing proposals and presentations for new projects/pitches.-Coordinate between the client and internal teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns/projects (print, digital, OOH, events etc.).
