Job Description

-act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients; build and maintain a strong, trusted relationship.

-understand the client’s brand, objectives, market environment, and communication goals.

-regularly meet with clients to review performance, address any feedback/concerns, and align on next steps.

-translate client requirements into clear agency-briefs for internal teams (creative, media, digital, production).

-develop or contribute to strategic recommendations and campaign ideas aligned with client objectives.

-assist in preparing proposals and presentations for new projects/pitches.

-coordinate between the client and internal teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns/projects (print, digital, ooh, events etc.).
