Working with buyers, vendors, factory personnel to ensure merchandising plans are executed properly and inventory maintained.Maintaining levels and keeping updates customers and SKU-Wise for effective control.

The Job is Opening for the Post of Sampling Coordinator.

Key responsibilities:1.Develop and execute production plans, schedules, and budgets in line with company objectives and market trends.2.Manage and co-ordinate the entire production process, from sourcing materials to finished product delivery3.Oversee sample development, fabric sourcing, garment production, and logistics planning4.Implement and maintain quality control measures throughout the production process to ensure adherence to high quality standards.5.Optimize inventory levels,forcast demand, and manage stock to avoid shortages or excess inventory

Good Understanding of Men's and Women's wear fabrics like Woven, Knit and Denim. To Source fabric, accessories & trims as per designer s requirement. To be updated with Current Fabric Trends. Excellent Time Management Skills, And the Ability to Work Independently and As Part of a Team Great Communication Skills, A Positive, Flexible Attitude, Optimum costing of garments. To prepare the order costing and price quoting. Calculate consumption and order all raw materials from fabrics to trims including packing materials. Preparing order sheets, bill of materials and purchase order and specification sheets.
