Role Overview & Eligibility Criteria:The Mid-Level PR professional will independently manage day-to-day execution of PR accounts while contributing to strategic planning. This role acts as a bridge between junior team members and senior leadership, ensuring high-quality delivery, strong media relationships, and seamless integration across communication channels.Key Responsibilities:Manage daily PR operations for assigned client accountsDevelop and execute PR plans under guidance from senior leadershipLead media outreach, pitching, and relationship managementDraft and review press releases, pitches, bylines, and communication materialsCoordinate with integrated teams (digital, social, creative, strategy) to deliver cohesive campaignsSupervise and guide PR executives and junior team membersManage media monitoring, reporting, and insights analysisSupport client meetings, status updates, and presentationsAssist in handling issues management and reactive communicationsSupport new business pitches and proposal developmentSkills & Competencies:Strong media relations and content development skillsAbility to manage multiple clients and deadlines independentlyGood understanding of integrated marketing and digital PRStrong organizational and stakeholder management skillsMentoring and team coordination abilityProficiency in using AI tools and creating effective PowerPoint presentationsSalary: Upto 6 LPA
