Qualification: B.S.C food science and technology / B.Tech Food technology / B.S.C food science and nutrition.Assist in the development and documentation of new products and improvement of existing products from conceptualisation to product launch Run panel sessions and perform sensory tests for pre-launch products Work closely with cross-departments and various key stakeholders on product specifications, standards and procedures Review product artwork and creative materials to ensure compliance with customer, regulatory and/or export countrys requirements Performs physical and chemical analyses on Ingredients and/or food products.Develops product, process and/or packaging specifications for food products.Studies methods to improve quality of foods such as flavor, color, texture, nutritional value, or physical, chemical, and microbiological composition of foods.Lead key projects with R&D to support business goals. Develop research programs incorporating current developments to improve existing products and study the potential of new products. Understand customer expectations on to-be manufactured products.Plans and directs all aspects of an organization's research and development policies, objectives, and initiatives. Maintains an organization's competitive position and profitability by formulating research and development programs, policies, and procedures.Stay abreast with development of new products and technologies, trends and innovation, processing and equipment advance,Conduct research on current market trends, needs, as well as product and service gaps to identify product development opportunities Familiar with FSSAI food regulations and food management systems (HACCP, ISO and GMP certifications)Support any other duties assigned by the superior

Qualifications: M.Sc. (Organic Chemistry/Medicinal Chemistry)Experience: 2 6 years in CRO IndustryRoles and Responsibilities Execute the synthetic route for the target molecules under the supervision of Lab head or independently. Clear knowledge in setting up chemical reactions independently, different purification techniques and characterization of compounds by NMR, HPLC and LCMS. Handling of moisture sensitive and pyrophoric reagents and reactions. Perform troubleshooting in synthetic challenges. Should be capable of handling multiple reactions parallelly.Essential Requirements: Knowledge of literature search and retrieving experimental details from journals and patents Follow all laboratory safety protocol. Candidate should have a clear understanding of MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) of the chemicals. Knowledge of IP confidentiality and data integrity. Prior work experience in a CRO will be preferred.Immediate Joiners will be preferred.
