Work Structure: The selected candidates will split their daily tasks into two parts (50% each):Part 1: Core Project WorkLive project exposure from day oneParticipation in client meetings and team discussionsReal-time learning from senior team members (3 to 20 years experience)Exposure to international projects across various industriesPart 2: Support Activities (Mandatory)Option A, Includes tasks like client calling, scheduling demos, or presenting product overviewsOption B, For those uncomfortable with calling tasks, an alternative is support to our Digital Marketing Team (SEO, social media promotion, content tasks)Note: Candidates must agree to participate in Part 2 tasks. If a candidate is unwilling, kindly do not forward their profiles.Work Type: Remote (Work from Home)Work Timings: Multiple shifts based on Asia (IST), Europe, and North America time zonesSalary/Stipend: No fixed salary or stipend. Team Leadership & Process Improvement: Lead and manage a team of data analysts, ensuring smooth workflow and project execution. Review and enhance existing processes to reduce errors, improve efficiency, and drive automation with proper controls. Conduct root cause analysis of issues and implement corrective measures to prevent recurrence. Data Analysis & Strategy: Oversee data collection , processing, and analysis to generate insights that support business objectives. Develop and implement analytical strategies to improve data accuracy, efficiency, and decision-making. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and refine metrics to provide clear, actionable insights to management. Hiring, Budgeting & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Support hiring, resource allocation, and budgeting to meet team and business goals. Provide valuable leads and insights to the marketing team to strengthen business growth. Collaborate with multiple departments to align data analysis with company objectives. Training & Reporting: Mentor and train team members to enhance their analytical and technical skills. Ensure timely delivery of reports, dashboards, and key insights to stakeholders. Maintain compliance with best practices in data governance and process optimization.Requirements: CA, CMA with minimum 2 years of experience or Graduate with minimum 4 years of experience. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Experience in handling large datasets and working with data visualization tools. Knowledge of statistical models, data mining techniques, and business intelligence tools. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights to stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.Preferred Skills: Technical Proficiency: Expertise in data analysis tools such as Excel, MS Access, Macro or similar platforms. Knowledge of financial data analysis, forecasting, and risk assessment. Project & Process Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results within deadlines. Attention to detail with a proactive approach to identifying and solving issues.
