Data Analyst Fresher

 Team Leadership & Process Improvement:

• Lead and manage a team of data analysts, ensuring smooth workflow and project execution.

• Review and enhance existing processes to reduce errors, improve efficiency, and drive automation with proper controls.

 Conduct root cause analysis of issues and implement corrective measures to prevent recurrence. Data Analysis & Strategy:

• Oversee data collection

• , processing, and analysis to generate insights that support business objectives.

• Develop and implement analytical strategies to improve data accuracy, efficiency, and decision-making.

• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and refine metrics to provide clear, actionable insights to management.

 Hiring, Budgeting & Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Support hiring, resource allocation, and budgeting to meet team and business goals.

• Provide valuable leads and insights to the marketing team to strengthen business growth.

• Collaborate with multiple departments to align data analysis with company objectives.

 Training & Reporting:

• Mentor and train team members to enhance their analytical and technical skills.

• Ensure timely delivery of reports, dashboards, and key insights to stakeholders.

• Maintain compliance with best practices in data governance and process optimization.

Requirements:

• CA, CMA with minimum 2 years of experience or Graduate with minimum 4 years of experience.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.

• Experience in handling large datasets and working with data visualization tools.

• Knowledge of statistical models, data mining techniques, and business intelligence tools.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights to stakeholders.

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Preferred Skills:

 Technical Proficiency:

• Expertise in data analysis tools such as Excel, MS Access, Macro or similar platforms.

• Knowledge of financial data analysis, forecasting, and risk assessment.

 Project & Process Management:

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results within deadlines.

• Attention to detail with a proactive approach to identifying and solving issues.
