• review and enhance existing processes to reduce errors, improve efficiency, and drive automation with proper controls.

 conduct root cause analysis of issues and implement corrective measures to prevent recurrence. data analysis & strategy:

• oversee data collection

• , processing, and analysis to generate insights that support business objectives.

• develop and implement analytical strategies to improve data accuracy, efficiency, and decision-making.

• analyze key performance indicators (kpis) and refine metrics to provide clear, actionable insights to management.

 hiring, budgeting & cross-functional collaboration:

• support hiring, resource allocation, and budgeting to meet team and business goals.

• provide valuable leads and insights to the marketing team to strengthen business growth.

• collaborate with multiple departments to align data analysis with company objectives.

 training & reporting:

• mentor and train team members to enhance their analytical and technical skills.

• ensure timely delivery of reports, dashboards, and key insights to stakeholders.

• maintain compliance with best practices in data governance and process optimization.

requirements:

• ca, cma with minimum 2 years of experience or graduate with minimum 4 years of experience.

• strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.

• experience in handling large datasets and working with data visualization tools.

• knowledge of statistical models, data mining techniques, and business intelligence tools.

• excellent communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights to stakeholders.

• strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

preferred skills:

 technical proficiency:

• expertise in data analysis tools such as excel, ms access, macro or similar platforms.

• knowledge of financial data analysis, forecasting, and risk assessment.

 project & process management:

• ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results within deadlines.

• attention to detail with a proactive approach to identifying and solving issues.
