work structure: the selected candidates will split their daily tasks into two parts (50% each):

part 1: core project work

live project exposure from day one

participation in client meetings and team discussions

real-time learning from senior team members (3 to 20 years’ experience)

exposure to international projects across various industries

part 2: support activities (mandatory)

option a, includes tasks like client calling, scheduling demos, or presenting product overviews

option b, for those uncomfortable with calling tasks, an alternative is support to our digital marketing team (seo, social media promotion, content tasks)

note: candidates must agree to participate in part 2 tasks. if a candidate is unwilling, kindly do not forward their profiles.

work type: remote (work from home)

work timings: multiple shifts based on asia (ist), europe, and north america time zones

salary/stipend: no fixed salary or stipend. however, performance-based bonuses and incentives will be offered for part 2 work.

experience certificate: full-time work experience will be issued for part 1 work. as per your designation mentioned in your offer letter.
