As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services. You will also be handling inbound calls from customers to address their inquiries and resolve any issues they may have. Desired Candidate Profile: Must possess excellent English communication & presentation skills, and be able tocommunicate professionally with the team and the management. Should have good experience in BPO/Call Centre (Outbound) calling. A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail is preferrable. Team player with positive inter-personal skills. Proven ability to work well under pressure to meet the deadlines/timelines. Ability to multitask & focus on multiple issues at once Must be a graduate with minimum 1 year of relevant experience working as agent/telecaller in outbound-voice process.Role & Responsibilities: Performing the day-to-day activities (calling/non-calling) as per the requirements. Perform as per Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on daily basis. Helpdesk Support Executive- Helpdesk Support Executive would be the primary point of contact for all user interactions and would be responsible for quality service to the users. Agent functions include, but not limited to, handling user contact via Telephone, email service the request (both informational and transactional), update the database, escalate calls to the department, etc.1. Minimum qualification is Graduation in any discipline.2. Should have good communication skills, and should be able to speak, read, and write in English / Hindi.3. Should be able to communicate confidently and politely with users4. Experience of at least one year in a call center.5. Answer incoming calls and respond to customers emails6.
