Desired Candidate Profile:
Must possess excellent English communication & presentation skills, and be able to
communicate professionally with the team and the management.
Should have good experience in BPO/Call Centre (Outbound) calling.
A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail is preferrable.
Team player with positive inter-personal skills.
Proven ability to work well under pressure to meet the deadlines/timelines.
Ability to multitask & focus on multiple issues at once
Must be a graduate with minimum 1 year of relevant experience working as agent/telecaller in outbound-voice process.
Role & Responsibilities:
Performing the day-to-day activities (calling/non-calling) as per the requirements.
Perform as per Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on daily basis.
Ensure the completion of tasks assigned and record on appropriate systems
Contributing to the growth of the company through by becoming a successful team
player.
