�� should have good experience in bpo/call centre (outbound) calling.
�� a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail is preferrable.

�� must be a graduate with minimum 1 year of relevant experience working as agent/telecaller in outbound-voice process.

�� perform as per key performance indicators (kpis) on daily basis.
