desired candidate profile:

�� must possess excellent english communication & presentation skills, and be able to

communicate professionally with the team and the management.

�� should have good experience in bpo/call centre (outbound) calling.

�� a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail is preferrable.

�� team player with positive inter-personal skills.

�� proven ability to work well under pressure to meet the deadlines/timelines.

�� ability to multitask & focus on multiple issues at once

�� must be a graduate with minimum 1 year of relevant experience working as agent/telecaller in outbound-voice process.

role & responsibilities:

�� performing the day-to-day activities (calling/non-calling) as per the requirements.

�� perform as per key performance indicators (kpis) on daily basis.

�� ensure the completion of tasks assigned and record on appropriate systems

�� contributing to the growth of the company through by becoming a successful team

player.
