- must possess excellent english communication & presentation skills, and be able to
communicate professionally with the team and the management.
- should have good experience in bpo/call centre (outbound) calling.
- a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail is preferrable.
- team player with positive inter-personal skills.
- proven ability to work well under pressure to meet the deadlines/timelines.
- ability to multitask & focus on multiple issues at once
- must be a graduate with minimum 1 year of relevant experience working as agent/telecaller in outbound-voice process.
role & responsibilities:
- performing the day-to-day activities (calling/non-calling) as per the requirements.
- perform as per key performance indicators (kpis) on daily basis.
- ensure the completion of tasks assigned and record on appropriate systems
- contributing to the growth of the company through by becoming a successful team
player.
