1. Handle coordination with the client on phone calls and get the data for further processing2. Work on company provided CMS and upload the data as per giver instruction3. Attend training to improve work skills4. Write the description, specification and upload the product images5. Understand the on-boarding or listing process6. Handle day to day operations7. Get the content from clients of their service8. Deliver results and meet deadlines9. Manage close coordination with internal team10. Work on weekly review on onboarding target

As a Telecaller, you are responsible for handling sales over the phone entirely.
