We are looking for a female Telecaller Executive in Cuttack, India, who has 1 to 2 years of experience and has completed at least 12th grade. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a friendly attitude to effectively interact with our customers.Key Responsibilities:1. **Customer Calling:** Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our products and services. You will need to communicate clearly and persuasively to maintain customer interest.2. **Lead Generation:** Identify and gather information from potential customers. This involves using various techniques to find new leads that can convert into sales opportunities.3. **Customer Support:** Address customer inquiries and provide information about products, services, and promotions. Exceptional listening and problem-solving skills are essential for assisting customers effectively.4. **Data Entry:** Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the customer database regularly. Attention to detail is crucial to ensure information is correct and up-to-date.5. **Follow-ups:** Carry out consistent follow-ups with leads and maintain relationships with clients. Staying in touch is key to nurturing leads and driving sales.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should possess excellent verbal communication skills, with a pleasant phone demeanor.
