Under the guidance of the Marketing Manager, this field-oriented role focuses on execution, direct communication, and organizing ground-level marketing activities.Key ResponsibilitiesField Outreach & B2B Sales: Visit local clinics, opticians, corporate offices, and community centers to promote Purnima Netralayas specialized eye care services.Camp Coordination: Execute and manage community eye screening camps, school vision testing, and corporate health awareness initiatives.Patient Acquisition & Lead Generation: Connect with local communities, resident welfare associations (RWAs), and social organizations to generate walk-ins and patient references.Branding & Material Distribution: Ensure the proper display of hospital promotional materials (brochures, banners, standees) at partner locations and camp venues.Reporting: Maintain a daily log of field visits, camp attendance, and leads generated, reporting directly to the management team.Requirements & QualificationsEducation:Graduate Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in field sales, marketing in the healthcare sector. (Eye Care Centre/ Hospitals, Medical experience mandatory.)Language Skills: Fluent in Hindi; professional working knowledge of English and local languages (Bengali) is a strong plus.Travel: Must possess a valid driving license and a two-wheeler for daily field visits and local travel in and around Jamshedpur.Key Skills & CompetenciesExcellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.A polite, empathetic, and persuasive communication style.Strong relationship-building and networking capabilities on the ground.Basic data entry and smartphone application skills for reporting.
