Receive and serve the customers cordially as well as with professionalism, while sharing the available products and suggesting their requirements.Sell the products by promoting GARMATE products effectively to the customers, ascertaining customer needs and providing solutions accordingly.Product Knowledge and New Product Information:Stock levels or shortage of the products in the stores and being able to look attractive to the customer.Assume responsibility for the inventory control role through handling the stock levels, ordering new stock, and performing stocktake.Ensure that all items are labeled with the correct price and promotional material.Sales Targets:Meet or exceed personal and team sales targets and track the metrics of performance. Contribute to achieving store targets.Develop and implement strategies to increase customer conversion rates and enhance average transaction value.Customer Relationship Management:Build a tight relationship with customers for repeat business and brand loyalty.Deal professionally with inquiries, feedback, complaints, and returns to ensure customer satisfaction.Team Collaboration:Work together with colleagues in establishing the store's operational flow and a harmonious working atmosphere.Attend team meetings and trainings to enhance one's abilities and build product knowledge.Administrative Work:Process various transactions through the point-of-sale systems.Manage record of customer and ensure the follow-up on sales leads in the most timely manner.
