1. Field Sales Sourcing Loans till final disbursement and collections2. Should be a local person3. Should have knowledge of the type of customers for MSME loans4. Need to do minimum of 20 cold calls every day5. Meet with customers to determine their needs and recommend the right loan products to help meet their goals6. Maintain an active knowledge base of all of the organizations loan products and an understanding of the qualifications required of each applicant7.
