Job Title: Public Relations Officer (PRO) - HospitalJob Summary: The Public Relations Officer (PRO) plays a crucial role in building and maintaining positive relationships between the hospital and its stakeholders, including patients, staff, the community, and the media. The PRO is responsible for managing the hospital's public image, promoting its services, and ensuring effective communication.Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with local and national media outlets.- Prepare and distribute press releases, statements, and other media materials.- Coordinate interviews and media appearances for hospital representatives.- Plan and execute community outreach programs and events.- Represent the hospital at community functions and build partnerships with local organizations.- Address community concerns and feedback in a timely and effective manner.- Facilitate communication between different departments within the hospital.- Develop and implement internal communication strategies.- Develop and implement crisis communication plans.- Act as the primary spokesperson during crisis situations.- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote hospital services.- Ensure consistent branding across all communication channels.- Develop and maintain the hospital's brand image and reputation.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.2. Minimum 3 years of experience required.3. Proven experience in public relations, preferably in the healthcare sector.4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.5. Strong writing and editing abilities for press releases, articles, and other media materials.6. Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.7. We are looking for a public relations officer/ Business development executive/ hospital marketing executive, who will be able to do efficient marketing of our hospital, meet other doctors on field visit every day, keep a regular follow up with doctors and referrals. Arrange camps for patients, CMEs for doctors.Candidate with past experience of Dental Hospital marketing are preferable.

We are looking for a person who is having minimum 3 years of experience working with any reputed Brand as a social media and PR handler.
