1. Recruitment & Onboarding:Source, screen, and recruit candidates for manufacturing, engineering, and administrative roles.Conduct interviews in coordination with department heads.Manage onboarding, induction, and training programs for new employees.2. Employee Relations & Engagement:Address employee grievances and ensure a positive workplace environment.Conduct employee engagement activities to improve motivation and retention.Support conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.3. Training & Development:Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs for employees and supervisors.Ensure compliance with safety training and technical skill enhancement programs.4. HR Compliance & Policies:Ensure adherence to labor laws, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.), and company policies.Maintain HR records, attendance, and leave management systems.Assist in audits related to HR and statutory compliance.5. Payroll & HR Operations:Process payroll, attendance, and salary-related functions.Manage HR documentation, employee records, and performance appraisal systems.6.
