Job SummaryWe are looking for a candidate to lead the HR team who can make JK Securities a great employment destinationfor the top talent in our industry. The HR Manager will be responsible for evaluating & sourcing talent,onboarding, undertaking employee programs, recommending improvements to employee relations policies, andensuring that all employee-related policies in each department align with our corporate goals and establishedregulations. The candidate will be responsible to create and maintain a culture that attracts top talent to fill openpositions.Roles & Responsibilities➔ Manages end-to-end talent acquisition process, including sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. Keep job descriptions up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with relevant details. Ensure that the new hire orientation process is executed properly and introduce new employees to the corporate culture➔ Develop programs to enhance employee relations and offer employee support to each staff member. Handle investigation and resolution of employee issues, concerns and conflicts➔ Deliver compensation and benefit reports and calculations to the executive team each month and manage the payroll process.➔ Act as liaison between the company and outside legal and professional resources to ensure that all employment policies follow current laws and regulations➔ Develop a training and performance management program that ensures all employees are familiar with their job responsibilities, as well as relevant legal and safety requirements➔ Ensure all employment practices comply with national, state and local regulationsCandidate Profile & Skill Requirements➔ Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related business field➔ 5+ years experience in a human resources position preferably in service industry➔ Comprehensive understanding of local, state, and federal employment laws➔ Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
