Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote our IT products and services.Answer incoming calls from customers regarding inquiries, services, and complaints.Provide detailed information about our services, packages, and offers.Maintain a database of customer contacts and update information as needed.Follow up on leads and potential business opportunities.Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets.Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a professional manner.Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients and provide reports to the management team.Requirements:Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer support, or a similar role.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle customer objections and provide satisfactory solutions.Good organizational and time management skills.Basic knowledge of IT services is preferred.Proficiency in English and Hindi.NOTE: ONLY FEMALE CANDIDATES ARE CONSIDERED
