Job Summary:l Servicing the existing clients.l Achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets by generating revenue from existing paid members.l Responsible for client retention, per client revenue optimization & renewals with his/her team.l Keep a close track on work in process, customer complaints and accounts receivables.l Monitoring and analysis of key data of the region allocated including sales figures, sales personnel, productivity ratios, clients work status and receivables.l Accurately forecasts weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue streams.l Identifying the opportunity & problem areas, preparing the action plan for achieving the key sales figures and presenting the Branch Sales reports.
