Responsibilities# Answering phones and explaining the services offered by the organisation.# Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.# Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.# Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.# Resolving queries and issues related to the services.# Making recordings of all the sales phone calls and sales deals.# Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.# Suggesting solutions based on customers needs and requirements.

Responsibilities For Senior HR Executive Profile:1) Ensuring compliances under various labour legislations such as Payment ofWages Act, PF Act, ESIC Act, Minimum Wages Act, Contract Labour Act,Factory Act 1948, Employe compensation Act, Industrial Dispute Act, 1947Etc.2) All lgal cases and matters of the company, Lgal Hearing,coordination withlawyer and provide him all required documents.3) Good exprience in settlement of cases in labour court, Factory Act cases.4) Dealing and liaison with various governmental agencies like Legal MetrologyDepartment, Labour Departments, Pollution, Market Committee, police,5) Manage monthly payroll statement preparation for employees of Plant.6) Overall control over entire plant administration process for HousekeepingManagement, Tavel Management, Vehicle management, Office Automations,Security.7) Acting as one point contact for all administrative matters like Time keeping andattendance, canteen management, maintenance, upkeep and repairs of companysassets, Telephone lines, mobile phones, logistics and courier services, procurement,storage and issue of stationery and compensation of employees.
