Hands-on experience with manual and CNC tool & cutter grinding machines. Strong knowledge of cutting tool geometry, materials, and grinding techniques. Ability to read technical drawings and use precision measuring instruments. Familiarity with GMP, ISO standards, and industrial safety practices (preferred).
