Coordinate with the Customer department for invoicing, payment follow-up, and related documentation. Maintain accurate records of customer communications, quotations, POs, and transactions. Support the sales team in post-order activities and customer communication. Assist in resolving customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, service, logistics, and accounts) to ensure seamless order execution.
