we are seeking an experienced customer care executive with a background in the (in vitro diagnostics (ivd)) sector. the ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, preparing quotations, processing purchase orders, and ensuring smooth coordination with the customer. this position plays a key role in supporting our sales and service operations while delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
key responsibilities:-
handle customer inquiries and provide prompt, accurate information regarding products and services.
prepare and issue quotations based on customer requirements in alignment with company pricing policies.
process and track customer purchase orders (pos) efficiently.
coordinate with the customer department for invoicing, payment follow-up, and related documentation.
maintain accurate records of customer communications, quotations, pos, and transactions.
support the sales team in post-order activities and customer communication.
assist in resolving customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, service, logistics, and accounts) to ensure seamless order execution.
