Use data from job portals and market research to inform strategy.Candidate Sourcing: Proactively search for and engage potential candidates through job portals, networking, and referrals. 1. Having 12-15 years Experience in handling HR & Admin Function out ofwhich 8-10 experience should be as Head of Department exposure to multilocation responsibility in manufacturing Industry.2. Should be able to centralize the corporate HR Function such as Recruitment& Induction, Training & Development, Time & Attendance and payroll processingand its entire management including Design, Testing & validation.3. Should be able to design, define and formulate the corporate HR Policiesconsidering the cost analysis and Implementation with proper approval ofManagement.4. Should be able to deal with all statutory and legal compliances and its periodicreviews for its effectiveness, Liaisoning with Govt. Authorities at corporate levelfor mulita location plants.5. Should be highly computer savvy and should be catalyst and data analytics inHR Matrix6.
