1. Having 12-15 years Experience in handling HR & Admin Function out of
which 8-10 experience should be as Head of Department exposure to multi
location responsibility in manufacturing Industry.
2. Should be able to centralize the corporate HR Function such as Recruitment
& Induction, Training & Development, Time & Attendance and payroll processing
and its entire management including Design, Testing & validation.
3. Should be able to design, define and formulate the corporate HR Policies
considering the cost analysis and Implementation with proper approval of
Management.
4. Should be able to deal with all statutory and legal compliances and its periodic
reviews for its effectiveness, Liaisoning with Govt. Authorities at corporate level
for mulita location plants.
5. Should be highly computer savvy and should be catalyst and data analytics in
HR Matrix
6. Should be able to coordinate, handle corporate administration and the
security functions of all plants

Education PGDPMIR/MBA/MSW Computer Literacy
Experience Having 10-12 years Experience in HR Function Should know all the formulas of excel.
