We are looking for a Client Relations Manager to create and nurture long-term relationships with customers. You will resolve any issues that arise to ensure customers are satisfied with our services.In this role, you should be an excellent communicator whos able to customer needs and brainstorm ways to fulfill them. - Build And Maintain Strong, Long-Term Relationship with Dental Practice Clients.- Biling And Revenue Cycle Management.- Collaborate With the Billing team to Ensure Accurate and Timely Billing Claims Processing For clients.- Provide Training and supports to Clients On the use of Billing software and tools.- Work With Clients to find solutions to complex Billing Issues or Insurance denials.- Communicate Regularly With internal teams, including billing, Customer support and management, to ensure client needs are met effectively.- Ensure that clients billing Practices are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.- Provide Clients with insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve their financial performance.
